Full Description

Sausthorpe Hall was built in 1822 and has had later additions. The cellars beneath indicate a house on the site before 1822. {1}{2} Sausthorpe Hall is a Grade II small country house. It was built in the late 18th century and then extended and remodelled in 1822 in ashlar. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a Church and/or Manor farm group. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {5}
