Roughton Hall is Georgian in style. {1} Roughton Hall is a Grade II* house which dates from the mid 18th century. It was constructed in red brick in a Flemish bond, and has painted brick and ashlar dressings, a slate roof with raised stone coped gables and two gable stacks. The house has a T-plan. {6} The hall is recorded on the first and second edition Ordnance Survey maps at Roughton Hall, Roughton. {4}{5} Roughton Hall, Roughton. Extant 19th century farmstead. L-plan. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. Located within a Church and/or Manor farm group. {7}
