Full Description
A concentrated group of geophysical anomalies was encountered during a geophysical survey conducted in January-February 2013. Several linear anomalies, forming possible rectilinear enclosures, were noted. Within these ditched areas were a group of pit-like features and anomalies indicative of probable industrial activity. Although undated, the proximity of these features to the Romano-British settlement of Saltersford (MLI33968) may be significant. {1}{2}
