Full Description

Ivy House Farm, Greetham with Somersby. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Dispersed clustered plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. A heritage assessment conducted in 2023 detailed the history and architecture of the outbuildings. The report noted that the 1839 tithe map showed outbuildings to the west of south of the cottage, which are believed to be the original complex of outbuildings prior to the construction of the current outbuildings. {1}{2}
