Full Description

A series of possible Medieval ditches, gullies, and postholes on land at Haith's Farm, Covenham St Bartholomew. Butchered animal remains were recovered from three of the ditches. The features were tentatively given a Medieval date and were considered likely to be a continuation of the field system uncovered during previous excavations immediately to the east in 1998 (see ELI3130 and ELI3234). {1}{2}
