Abstract/Summary
Archive for a programme of archaeological evaluation comprising two trial trenches excavated to inform the proposed construction of a manège on land at Haith's Farm, Covenham St Bartholomew. Four ditches, a gully and two postholes were revealed. Butchery remains were recovered from three of the ditches. The features were tentatively given a Medieval date and were considered likely to be a continuation of the field system uncovered during previous excavations immediately to the east in 1998 (see ELI3130 and ELI3234).
