Full Description
During a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording on land at Gig Cottage, Gainsborough Road, Middle Rasen in 2022, two features were recorded. The first was a narrow linear feature containing no finds, which may represent a short section of a possible timber beam slot. It may date to the medieval period due to the overlying post medieval horizon. A pit was also recorded. It also did not contain any finds and could not be dated. {1}{2}
