Full Description

Partially extant 19th century farmstead, depicted on the 1st edition 6" Ordnance Survey County Series map. The former farmhouse was detached from the main working complex (see PRN 58347). The farmstead included a range of former outbuildings, arranged in a L-shaped plan around a regular courtyard (see PRN 58348). A small orchard was located to the immediate south of the former farmhouse, with a further small, detached outbuilding in the centre of the courtyard, to the east of the orchard. Both the orchard and the small outbuilding had been removed by 1971, as seen on historic mapping of this area. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings within the farmstead, which was located within or in association with a village. {1}{2}
