Full Description
Low Grange Farm (Low Grange), Middle Rasen. Extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {1}
A historic building survey was undertaken on 19th century agricultural buildings at Low Grange Farm (MLI126916). The survey identified five broad phases of construction and concluded that the first buildings on the site, including the combination barn and farmhouse, were constructed between 1856 and 1886. {2}{3}
