Full Description
(Glebe Farm), North Kelsey. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {1}
A historic buildings survey was undertaken in 2021 to preserve by record the complex of agricultural outbuildings prior to the proposed conversion to residential use and demolition of a dwelling. The surveyed buildings comprise a U-shaped complex of agricultural outbuildings surrounding a crewyard, open to the west. Another outbuilding, not surveyed, lies to the west of the complex. The farmhouse is now demolished. {2}{3}
