Full Description

Seven redeposited sherds of late Roman pottery were found in this location in January 2001, during archaeological monitoring of the rebuilding of an overhead electricity line. The assemblage was largely comprised of pieces of greyware pottery, but included one sherd of probable shell-tempered ware. {1}{2}
