Unveiled in 1920, it is a 20ft (6m) high vaulted obelisk made from Weldon stone which sits on a terrace of three steps. It incorporates four panels with moulded pediments. Columns and foliated capitals at each angle carry the names of the First World War and Second World War fallen. {1} Stickney War Memorial was unveiled on 26 August 1920. The memorial stands south of the church, facing the road and within the churchyard.
