Full Description
The Bishop Norton war memorial, unveiled in 1922, consists of a brick-sided lychgate, at the church, with an oak frame and clay pantile roof. Names of the fallen from the First World War and the Second World War are written on two stone tablets within the lychgate. The gates were repaired in 2006. It is located on the southern perimeter of the churchyard. M. Credland lists this memorial as including Atterby and Spital. {1}
