Description

Several intermittent excavations have taken place, some if not all in response to building work, during these years however little information about this work is currently available. Roman finds including a partially complete face vase and stamped amphora sherds were recovered. Later material was also found, but no details are given about this. [Note - the location given for this event is very approximate, and may not refer to all the work carried out. There are indications that at least some of the work took place near the swimming pool.] {1}{2}
