Description

A programme of archaeological evaluation (trial trenching) was undertaken on land to the west of South Cliff Farm, South Carlton. Twelve machine-excavated trenches of varying sizes were dug, the precise location of individual trenches was made across topographic features, geophysical anomalies and at random to answer specific aims and objectives. {1} {2}
