A heritage impact assessment was undertaken on the farmhouse and domestic outbuildings at Holme Farm, Forge Lane, West Rasen, prior to their alteration and redevelopment. Both the exterior and interior of the farmhouse and the remains of the neighbouring stable block were photographed and recorded. The farmhouse and outbuildings have not been significantly altered since the early 19th century, and many of the internal fixtures and fittings date to that period or earlier. The buildings were therefore considered to have considerable evidential and aesthetic value. {1}
