An assessment of significance and heritage impact assessment were undertaken on agricultural outbuildings at Holme Farm, Forge Lane, West Rasen, prior to their proposed conversion into residential units. Although not listed themselves, the buildings lie within the curtilage of the Grade II Listed Holme Farm House (see MLI96431) and have as such have group value. The buildings were considered to be of moderate local archaeological, architectural, and historical interest. {1} This assessment was followed by a historic building survey undertaken in April 2022 (see ELI13754).
