A detailed magnetic gradiometer survey was conducted to inform the proposed construction of an anaerobic digestion plant on land at the former Flax Farm, Metheringham Heath Lane, Metheringham. The remains of a probable pre-Enclosure ditch were recorded, along with a linear feature and group of pit-like anomalies of unknown date. Several linear magnetic anomalies, thought to represent recent drainage features, were also identified. {1}{2}
