A watching brief was conducted during the groundworks for the construction of new modular buildings at Lincoln College, Monks Road, Lincoln. A short length of undated stone wall was revealed, along with a sequence of layers of recent made ground. Roman and medieval artefacts, including disarticulated human remains, were recovered, but all from the re-deposited material. {1}{2}
