Description

Two trenches were excavated at Castle Moat House, Drury Lane, Lincoln by Field Archaeology Specialists in November and December 2010. The fieldwork revealed features and deposits associated with the legionary defenses and remains of the Roman rampart and post medieval revetment walls. {1}{2}
