BOSTON TF3244SE CHURCH STREET 716-1/7/19 (West side) 27/05/49 Nos.30, 30A AND 30B (Formerly Listed as: CHURCH STREET (West side) Nos.30 AND 30A) GV II House now shops and flat. Late C16, altered and extended C18, C19, C20. Post and panel timber frame, painted brick panels. Render. Pantile roof. EXTERIOR: Front block of 2 storeys, 3 bays, with exposed 1st floor sill beam, 2 corner and 2 central posts, with curved braces to the upper floors. Slender intermediate posts. C20 central door with, to left, C20 4-light fixed window. To 1st floor two 3-light C18 leaded lights. In the left-hand gable end is exposed panel framing with Roman numeral numbered joints. The north side is rendered with painted-on framing. Attached to the rear is an C18 range in painted brick with tall red brick ridge stack and C19 and C20 fenestration. A further C19 single bay extension has crow stepped gable. INTERIOR: front range retains chamfered girders. Listing NGR: TF3267644114
