Abstract/Summary
Archive for a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording conducted during the groundworks for a new diocesan vicarage and associated infrastructure on Church Street, Holbeach. Ditches and pits of probable Medieval date were encountered. Finds recovered included red deer bones and a lead window came, probably from the adjacent All Saints' Church. Human remains and coffin nails were identified within a former graveyard soil; these were left undisturbed.
