Report on a magnetometry survey conducted on land to the west of Tattershall Road, Woodhall Spa, to inform a proposed residential development. The survey encountered traces of a possible Medieval trackway previously identified on aerial photography (see MLI84827). Evidence of potential industrial activity such as pottery production was encountered to the west of the survey area. Anomalies representing possible archaeology were also encountered towards the northwest of the survey area. The footprint of a former structure depicted on historic mapping was also noted in the centre of the site.
