Report on a condition survey, conducted to investigate the potential load capacity of a brick-built arch bridge carrying Dovecote Lane over the Wainfleet Haven or Steeping River, to the east of Wainfleet St Mary. The survey found the bridge to be in reasonable condition, with very little sign of structural distress, although some minor cracking and erosion of the brickwork and pointing was noted.
