Achive for a historic building survey undertaken to inform proposed conversion to domestic use of a single storey agricultural building at Grasby Top Farm. The surveyed building forms the north-eastern range of a U-shape complex arranged around a south east facing courtyard. It is of red brick construction with a pitched gable roof of pantiles. Brick infills on both the south west and north east elevations suggest significant 20th century alteration to the building's fabric and use.
