Report on a historic building survey undertaken to inform the proposed conversion of existing buildings and demolition of a lean-to to form three new residential dwellings, at 1 Serpentine Street, Market Rasen. The buildings surveyed comprised a garage and associated store buildings of mid-late 19th century origin.
