Report for a programme of historic building recording of the outbuilding at 10 Watergate, Sleaford, was conducted prior to its proposed demolition. A single site visit was undertaken as part of the survey. The outbuilding was constructed of brick and comprised a range of service buildings, including laundry, coal and fuel stores, workshops, privies and possible servant accommodation. The original construction was makeshift quality and had been heavily altered in the 19th and 20th centuries.
