Heritage statement produced to inform the proposed conversion to residential use of an outbuilding at Hestcroft House, Caistor. The outbuilding is single-storey, and built of red brick with a pitched roof of clay pantiles. It was likely constructed at the same time as the adjacent Hestcroft House, in the mid 19th century.
