Full Description
An assessment of the significance of this outbuilding to the north-west of Hestcroft House was produced in February 2021, to inform its proposed conversion to residential use. The outbuilding is single-storey, and built of red brick with a pitched roof of clay pantiles. It was likely constructed at the same time as the adjacent Hestcroft House, in the mid 19th century. The building features a blue coronation brick cut into the eastern elevation brickwork, marking King Edward VII's coronation in 1902. {1}
