Heritage impact assessment that was created after a site visit, conducted to inform the proposed conversion to residential use of the former Village Hall, at Manor Road, Northorpe. The building dates to the mid 19th century, and was originally used as a former school house, but was subject to various phases of alteration and extension in the 20th century.
