Report on a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for the installation of a new ground source heating system at Bitchfield Manor House. The monitoring identified a number of undated features, including the remains of a probable ditch or extraction pit, a former trackway, and a possible hearth. No finds were recovered from any of the features, however, and their exact origins could not be determined.
