Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for the replacement of a stairway and doorway within the basement of 8 Upgate, Louth. The remains of a red tiled floor underlying the staircase was exposed, but no earlier archaeological features or deposits were encountered.
