Abstract/Summary

Archive for the excavation of six trial trenches, dug to inform the proposed construction of a new recycling facility on land off Toll Bar Road, Marston. Traces of roughly north to south aligned medieval ridge and furrow were recorded, along with a probable palaeochannel and modern made ground deposits. A single redeposited and much abraded sherd of Roman Samian ware pottery was also recovered.
