Abstract/Summary
Report on an assessment of significance, produced to assess the impact of proposed extensions and alterations to The Lodge at School Lane, Brattleby. The building is a former gate lodge to Brattleby Park, and is thought to have been constructed in about 1780, when the park was established. The building is single-storey, and is built of coursed rubble with a hipped roof, although it has been subject to considerable alteration and extension.
