Desk based assessment produced to determine the archaeological implications of the proposed demolition and rebuilding of an attached outbuilding to 1 Victoria Avenue, Woodhall Spa. The extension appears to have been constructed in the late 19th century, at the same time as the main terrace structure, and as part of the initial planned settlement of Woodhall Spa.
