Abstract/Summary

Archive for the excavation of two trial trenches, dug to inform proposed residential development on land at 72 Rasen Lane, Lincoln. A surfaced passageway or path, defined by two parallel walls of mid 19th century date, was revealed in the eastern trench, along with the remains of a small medieval pit. A single redeposited fragment of Roman tile or brick was also recovered.
