Abstract/Summary
Photographs showing a wall painting discovered at 2 Bridge Street, taken during a site visit in August 2002. The painting was discovered after the removal of a wooden panel on an upstairs landing of 2 Bridge Street. The painting depicts a winter landscape with a frozen river and figures on the ice and snow, possibly in the style of Pieter Brueghel the Elder.
