Report on a historic building survey, conducted in advance of proposed alterations to Whispers Cottage, Church Lane, Tydd St Mary, Lincolnshire. An archaeological watching brief was also conducted during the groundworks for a proposed house and garage directly to the north. A single rubbish pit, containing mid 17th to early 18th century material, was recorded.
