Abstract/Summary

Report on a single open area (66m x 44m) excavated in advance of residential development, following trial excavations and other evaluation. A continuous sequence of peripheral occupation deposits dating from the Late Saxon to early post-Medieval periods was uncovered. Environmental sampling was also carried out.
