Full Description

An unstratified sherd of late medieval or early post-medieval pottery was recovered in April 2012, during the archaeological monitoring of groundworks for a new sewer pumping station at Clough Road, Holbeach Clough. The sherd was of an orange fabric with a reduced grey core and with speckled green glaze on both surfaces. {1}{2}
