Full Description
A scatter of burnt flint of unknown date was found during a walkover survey, conducted to assess the impact of proposed construction of the Covenham Water Treatment Works to Boston Transfer pipeline. {1}
Magnetic anomalies were recorded in this area in June 2011, during magnetometry survey along selected parts of the proposed Covenham Water Treatment Works to Boston Transfer pipeline. The anomalies corresponded well with the scatter of burnt flints, though a clear association could not be determined. {2}
