Full Description
What appeared to be five rectilinear enclosures were recorded during a magnetometry survey, conducted in March 2011, in advance of the proposed construction of a new water treatment works to the south-west of Newton on Trent. The recorded anomalies were thought to denote the outline of former Iron Age ditched enclosures. {1}{2}
