Full Description
During an archaeological excavation at Norton Bottoms Quarry extension, Norton Road, Stapleford, two pits were excavated. Within these pits were a fragment of Roman greyware pottery and a piece of Roman tile (tegula) along with Anglo Saxon finds [PRN 65711]. {1}{2}
