Full Description

A five stone footbridge, noted by a member of the public, which exists in the centre of Scopwick. It possibly dates from the medieval period, although it could well be post medieval or modern in date. The 'beck' has a solid bottom and according to Scopwickiana, written by the local vicar in 1836, it was used as a roadway for half the year because carts and wagons were sinking into the muddy road. {1}{2}
