Corner Farm dates back to the seventeenth century, and may be earlier. The farmhouse, now a store, is of this date and was altered in the late 18th and 20th centuries. The stable with granary is also listed (see PRN 36045, which also includes the unlisted buildings). A building survey was carried out prior to the conversion of the farm buildings to residential use. The farmhouse had undergone various alterations, removing much of the historic fabric although some original features such as a stone mullioned window remain. {2}{3}
Corner Farm, Market Deeping. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Loose courtyard with four sides of the courtyard formed by working agricultural buildings. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {4}
