Full Description
A meeting house of the Society of Friends is known to have existed in Swineshead, although its exact location is uncertain. A report was made to the Yearly Meeting in 1709 that a meeting house had been acquired, presumably in 1708. No further reference appears regarding its fate or location. {1}
