Full Description

Two former farm cottages dating from c.1830, and now in use as a farm office and house. Built from coursed ironstone rubble with red brick dressings, and features pantile roofs with decorative brick eaves and two ridge, one gable and one lateral stack. Of two storeys, with the cottage to south-east and farm office to north-west. All the openings are dressed in red brick. {1}{2} A building survey in 2020 undertaken prior to alterations found that it is possible that some original fabric was still present, however alterations including the removal of doors and the construction of modern internal subdivisions were noted. Horsehair-style lath plaster was also observed. {3}{4}
