A farmhouse dating from the late 18th century which was constructed of red brick and has a pantile roof with brick coped and tumbled gables, decorated eaves, three gable stacks and a single ridge stack. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is detached with the long axis facing on to the yard. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a loose farmstead cluster. {2}
