An early 19th century house which was constructed of coursed limestone rubble with yellow brick dressings and has a pantile roof with two yellow brick gable stacks. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} A historic building recording was undertaken of 10 Lincoln Road, Welton by Midland Archaeology Services in May 2011. The building was built in the early 19th century. A stable building was added probably in the mid 19th century and a brick storey was added to the main building probably in the early to mid 20th century. {2}{3}
