Description
TF 07 NW WELTON LINCOLN ROAD 5/89 No. 10 G.V. II House. Early C19. Coursed limestone rubble with yellow brick dressings. Pantile roof with 2 yellow brick gable stacks. 2 storey, 3 bay front with slightly off centre half glazed door flanked by single 3 light glazing bar sliding sashes. To first floor are 2 similar 2 light sashes. All openings have splayed brick segmental heads. To the right is a lower hipped extension. Listed for group value only. Listing NGR: TF0110779544
